Accepted items: TDS accepts the normal recyclables like paper, plastic bottles, flattened cardboard, junk mail, magazines, aluminum cans, glass (beverage bottles and glass jars). No Styrofoam or plastic bags will be accepted.
Drop-off notes: TDS allows people to stop by and drop off their recyclables for free. Look for a small building (it is called the Scale House) with ramps on either side. To help you carry the items you want to recycle you can place them in a bag, but once there you will be directed to empty the bag. Please ask for a weight ticket/proof for dropping off recyclables (if you are applying for ReWorksSA Certification).

Accepted items: Waste Management accepts common paper, magazines, cardboard, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, tin cans and glass, such as glass bottles and jars in colors such as green, blue, or brown (no stained glass, mirrors, or light bulbs). They do not accept wood or electronics.
Drop-off notes: The drop-off location has a big rectangle container with several compartments outside its main building so you can place the items in it by the material type. They will issue a weight ticket (if you are applying for ReWorksSA Certification). In order to get a weight ticket you will be required to place your recyclables in a bag/s in your vehicle and drive over the weight scale twice to capture the weight (with and without the materials). One bag or light weight recyclables typically do not register on the scales.
